Built in 1939 with rock from the Tahoe basin, this gorgeous, one-of-a-kind and well-kept stone cottage is a rare mix of historic and modern day charm customized for your ultimate enjoyment. Enjoy personalized amenities including exclusive beach access, a private-use EV charger, outdoor patio with propane BBQ, and a wood-burning fireplace.

This original and classically built, two-story Tahoe cabin, is 900 sq ft of perfect seclusion making the location tranquil and relaxing. Guests are able to enjoy mountain and lake activities year-round including resort skiing, hiking trails, lakeside dining, bike paths, grab-n-go markets, galleries and shops, free summer concerts, and much more.

Guests enter into the spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace. Completing the space is a separate den, perfect for reading, napping or additional guests, and the home's full bathroom.

The beautifully remodeled kitchen is fully-equipped with a commercial gas range, granite countertops, freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, and small appliances making it a dream for chefs and hosts alike. Easily serve and enjoy meals at the dining table that comfortably sits up to six guests.

During the warmer months, guests are encouraged to enjoy the fully furnished stone patio for intimate gatherings, BBQs or happy hours with dreamy garden lights to add to the ambiance.

The two upstairs bedrooms have accents from the 1930's and come with queen size beds with plush bedding. The bedrooms also come with ample clothing storage and share a vintage half bath separating the two.

Other notable features include two smart TVs (Amazon and Netflix included) and high-speed internet.

Tahoe Park
is a gated and private beach with exclusive use for residents and guests and is not open to the general public. Amenities include two piers, picnic tables, BBQs, a playground, kayak rentals, volleyball and bocce ball courts, and is connected to the Sunnyside Restaurant, marina and deck. Have an electric vehicle?
The cottage is equipped with one private, 9.5 Watt level 2 J1772 charger and is managed by OK2Charge. The charge will provide guests approximately 28 miles of range per hour of charge. Guests with Teslas must bring their personal J1772 adaptor. Note: this is not a free amenity. The cost is .55¢ per KWhr. Scan the QR code on the front of the charger and it will take you to OK2Charge website.

1534 Pine Ave. is located two miles south of Tahoe City. You’ll take a right on Pine Ave from the main road. The cottage is the second to the last house on the right before the stop sign—you’ll be able to see the house numbers on the bear box at the end of the driveway.
