This 14-acre vacation resort has all of the amenities you would expect including a large gated pool with lounge chairs, adult hot-tub, children's pool and hot-tub, gym, covered and free-to-usegas grills, and four tennis courts.

Our Maui condo is located on the ground floorin Building 10 andare some of closest units to the beach with partial ocean and sunset views from the lanai (porch in Hawaiian). Directly across the street isKamaole Sands Beach Park III, a safe andscenic grassy park overlooking apicturesque beach perfect for swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing.

Guests are able to take advantage of easy access to Wailea, home of exclusive shoppingandworld-class golf courses, andbeachfront walking paths that extend the length of Wailea overlooking the prettiest beaches on Maui. The condo is also just ashort walk to local restaurants with fresh catches of the day, fantastic lunches spots,shopping, groceries, water sport rentals, scooter rentals, and Maui'sfamous cinnamon rolls.Other amazing amenities includediving, whale watching, boat rentals,andsnorkeling excursions to Molokini Crater that launch directly from theKihei Boat Ramp just a 2-minute walk away.

After a long day of relaxation or fun adventures, guests come home to a updated vacation rental featuringgranite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms, cherry cabinets, stainless appliances, walk-in glass showers, two smart TVs, reading materials, games, Hawaii cook books, and free internet.The open living area has been professionally decorated aiming to provide acomfortable, tropical and tasteful space to relax in. Air conditioning and ceiling fansare located in both the main bedroom and living room for the ultimate escape from thoseextra-hot beach days.

For our Canadian guests the internet phone in the bedroom allows unlimited free calls to Canada, excluding the northern territories.

You will have exclusive use of parking space #66 which is very close tothe condo.

Upon a successful booking, bookings will be shared with our booking manager partner,Maui Condo. Maui Condo is responsible for sharing check-in and check-out instructions, WiFi, guest information,and guests needs during their stay. Due to the nature of travel, cancellations must be made within 30 days prior to occupancy in order to receive a full 100% refund includingtaxes and fees. Credit card processing fees are not refundable.
